  1. That’s the best wod I’ve done in a long time. Everybody was pushing hard this morning.

    8:56 rxd – thanks Christina for counting and making sure I got my head through.

    I was focused on shorter rest periods today, I don’t think I rested longer than 3 seconds at any point.
