  1. 8:48 Rx’d (off PR by 12 seconds)

    Double unders unbroken this time, but broke deadlift into 3 sets instead of unbroken like my PR time. That’s probably where I lost most of my time. Fun class this morning!

  2. This is the first time I did this one Rx’D. I was swearing Badgers name even in the warm-up. Wow were my hams and quads screaming!! Thanks Emily for the push though. 13:49

    Emily thanks for pushing me to do more than I planned. It really was a challenge, but I loved it when it was over. My favorite quote from Emily today, “Why do you have a box out?” hahaha. I needed that.

    Really need to work on DUs. Linked a few during warmup. Open gym candidate.

  5. Still can barely turn my head without pain, but wanted to do something. Did 5x on Front squat. Did 185 for 5 reps which is good for me. Didnt push it past that, straining was not feeling good. But the legs felt strong. After that I did tabata pushups to test my shoulder. First two rounds felt good, but the right shoulder weakness made things difficult and the stabbing pain returned. So took it easy after that. Felt good to workout despite the limitations.

    About 3 minutes off my PR. I was having a bad day with DUs. Then, my jump rope came apart! Lost my motivation after that. It’s all good. Still got a good workout!

    My 5:15 classes rocked the house tonight with some getting after it hard work!

  7. 16:43 gold except I upped the KB to 1.25pd. DU’s went to hell as I couldn’t get more than 3 linked consistently.

  8. 14:36….Rx’ed. DU’s hate me. I was kind of surprised the KB swings really caught up to me quick.

  9. 14:24 Gold / 95#. I could only power clean the 115# so I played it safe. So close I could taste it.

    Also only 1270 first attempt on Fish Game, feels like if I played with it a bit I could get on that leaderboard.

  10. Enjoyed workout with everyone, especially Leah S. (I have missed you ). Did this one in 13:29 (2:36 off my PR time of week 13th) I plan to do this one in a month to see if I can get back to wear I was. I broke up everything today accept my situps and squats. I was extremely slow on my squat cleans (if you don’t use it, you lose it — I need to get those back fast)Pushups were broken up into 3s at the end. Deadlifts 15-10-5, Dus first 12 unbroken then ~4 from there on out, Kettlebells I blocked from my memory haha 10-10-8…then just as many as I could until I got to 50. Looking forward to my rest day today! You guys enjoy “Cindy” or “Mary”!
