Notes:
The alternate time to complete your weekly WOD for the Open will be on Fridays at 6:30 PM. But here’s the kicker: on Fridays you have to bring your own judge. This isn’t really a big deal, though. Just coordinate with a judge to have them present with you on Friday. Your WOD will still be under the supervision of a CFI trainer and an individual judge, and you’ll be held to the same rigid standards. If you choose to perform your WOD on Friday night, plan to show up at 6:30PM, get briefed and prepped for competition, and kick off the WOD by 7:00 PM. Show up early if you want to be in the first heat. Athletes may also coordinate with a judge to complete the WOD during any scheduled class if both Friday nights and Saturday mornings don’t work for you.
