Notes:
Register as a competitor for our first weekly competition on Saturday, Feb. 25th. This is free to CFI athletes. This lets us know you are coming on Saturday so we can plan accordingly. Go here to get registered!
Show up on Saturday at 9 AM ready to compete! We will assume that if you register as an athlete on Saturday that you will also be willing to act as a judge. All judges will be prepped on the movement standards before the WOD begins.
As soon as possible after the competition, log in to your profile on the CrossFit Games site and submit your score. CrossFit Impulse will get an automatic notification and verify your score. Then tool around on the CrossFit Games site to see who won the week’s WOD and where your score stands in the entire CrossFit World!
If you don’t want to compete, but you’d like to join in the fun and be part of the competition, then help us out as a volunteer for our Saturday competition! It’s free, of course, and we need volunteers to make this happen!
