Come with us on Monday, April 16th to Famous Joe’s Pizzeria for CrossFit Impulse Regionals Night! From 4:00 PM to close 20% of all proceeds go to CFI’s Affiliate Team trip to the CrossFit Games Dirty South Regionals in West Palm Beach, Florida where the team will compete against the top 30 teams in the Southeast!
The special that night will be the “Rose Bowl Special”. This is a paleo bowl created by CFI’s very own Tami Rose! Gluten free pizza and pasta will also be available.
