WOD:

AMRAP 25 minutes

3 Deadlifts @ 315/205 lbs
5 Strict handstand pushups (no kipping)
7 Strict chest to bar pullups (no kipping)

SCALES:

Gold

AMRAP 25 minutes

3 Deadlifts @ 275/180 lbs
3 Strict handstand pushups (no kipping)
3 Strict chest to bar pullups (no kipping)

Silver

AMRAP 25 minutes

3 Deadlifts @ 245/160 lbs
5 Handstand negatives on paralletes
7 Strict chest to bar pullups (no kipping, band assisted)

Bronze

AMRAP 25 minutes

3 Deadlifts, heavy
5 Dumbbell shoulder press, heavy
7 Single arm bent over rows, each arm, heavy

WARMUP:

 Static drills
Burpee dodge ball OR Rowing/burpees, individual athlete’s choice
