6 Tire Drags 50 ft
9 Ground to Shoulder w/ Atlas Stones
12 Tire Flips
Take total number of athletes attending the class and multiply it by rep scheme. For example 8 athletes attend the 8:30 AM class the rep scheme would be as follows for that class to complete: 8X6 = 48 Tire Drags 50 Ft, 8×9 = 72 Ground to Shoulder w/ Atlas Stones, and 8×12 = 96 Tire Flips. Multiple people can be working at one time. All that matters is that all the reps get done! Scaling will be based on individual athletes and all scales will count towards the total reps needed for the class.
SCALES:
Tire Drags – there will be two options for athletes to choose from
Ground to Shoulder with Atlas Stones – there are four sizes to choose from(37#, 70#, 112#, and 145#) and Med. Balls can always be used if the lightest stone is still too heavy.
Tire Flips – there will be two options for athletes to choose from
