Do you want to keep your kids healthy and active all summer? Do you want to provide them with a fun, positive, structured outlet for all that energy? We have just the program for you! Based on your feedback we have totally restructured our Kids program for the summer! CrossFit Impulse will be offering Kids classes for ages 4 to 17. Summer can be a busy time for travel so we have split the schedule into two or four week blocks so you can choose which weeks to come without getting in the way of your summer travel plans.
We will be running classes for three age groups. You can sign up for as many sessions as you want. Classes begin May 26th so reserve your spot now!
Elementary ages 4-7
Monday / Wednesday 4 pm-4:30 pm
Session 1: June 2nd – June 25th
Session 2: July 7th – July 30th
PreTeens ages 8-12
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm
Session 1: May 26th – June 5th
Session 2: June 16th – June 26th
Session 3: July 7th – July 17th
Teens ages 13-17
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm
