* Stick to the percentage and don’t get greedy. Next week we find a 1RM Back Squat and you can go hog wild.

TUESDAY

5 Handstand Pushups
10 Pistols
15 Pullups

10 Pushups
15 Squats

WEDNESDAY

Run 5k

THURSDAY

STRENGTH:

5×3 Front Squat @ 80-85%

-then-

5×5 Bench Press @ 75-80%

FRIDAY

STRENGTH:

7x 50m log carry, heaviest log possible

*Log must me bear hugged in front of you. Cannot be shouldered.

CONDITIONING:

18 min AMRAP:
400m Run
ME Toes to Bar (or minimum 5)

SATURDAY

WOD:

Mock Weightlifting Meet

Athletes will warm up, be instructed on the rules and procedure of a weightlifting meet, and then compete in the snatch and clean & jerk. This is a fun activity that anyone can participate in.
