Strength and Conditioning Week 8 (Deload)

I don’t know about everyone else, but I am beat up. This week is a deload and the entire week of training fits on two pages. This is also the first week of the Open. This year I’ll be doing the Open workout each Friday with the class and not repeating it. This year I’m taking a “have fun and participate with your friends” approach. If you are a potential Regionals athlete, then this is not the approach for you to take. If you fall into that category, contact me and I’ll help you with an approach that will maximize your potential to reach Regionals.
