Deadlift @ 255#/165#

You get one barbell and must change weights between movements.

THURSDAY

Drills and instruction on the Pullup and Overhead Squat

Max Weighted Pullups @ 25#/10#

12 Unbroken Overhead Squats @ Moderate

*Rest as needed between exercises.

FRIDAY
