With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
You may drop from the bar as needed. As long as you complete the required pullups per minute then you move on to the next round.

I made it 8-9 rounds doing dead hang pull-ups. Due to shoulder pain, I converted to jumping pull-ups until round 15. Yields 36-45 dead hangs + 61 jumping pull-ups. I am looking forward to having healthy shoulders again one day.
