  1. Good set today. Remember 11/16, team Marm will never forget this defeat. Good job team %&*$-it.

  2. Congrats to Angie with winning Tabata Squats today in our 2nd Fundamentals session one class!

The intensity was high at CrossFit Impulse tonight during our Fundamentals session 2 class WOD. Great effort from everyone! Congrats to team “Phuck it” for their victory with a score of 556!

  3. Awesome night at CFI. Angie and Clark were introduced to Mr. Tabata. Fundamentals Session 2 learned presses and competed in a team WOD. Everyone completely exceeded my expectations. Awesome performance from both teams. I don’t expect that Team Marm will take this loss lightly. Still can’t get over the heart everyone put into the WOD. Great job.

  4. What a great day for CrossFit Impulse! Fundamentals 1st session did great today — Clark and Angie really pushed through some difficult movements and showed great effort! Fundamentals 2nd session left nothing in the tank today! Both groups did extremely well in the WOD!

    My WOD
    1/2 “Angie”
    50 pullups
    50 pushups
    50 situps
    50 squats
Time: 9:17 — not a PR — however my legs were done before I even started the air squats 🙂 Yesterdays WOD killed the legs!

  5. Tonights class proved that this has been what Ive been looking for. Great 100% from every one tonight. Looking foward to the rematch Team Marm. 556 is a pretty tall order though.
