Used the green band. Ha, I thought it was going to be easy after the first 3… how quickly I was proved wrong.
I did HS pushups off of the GHD machine.
19:01 as Rx’d.
HSPUs were nose to floor. There were about 3 that were questionable. Pullups were strict but as I fatigued, I had to fight the urge to kick a little. I made myself re-do three reps because of this.
Great work to everyone in the 5:30 class.
