    -135 Thruster
    -Run 400m

    Scaled to 115# thruster and subbed 500m row. Fun day at CrossFit Impulse. Thanks for the encouragement Christina and Jeff. Way to push it everyone.

  2. Everyone’s scaling seemed to work really well for keeping the intensity high on thrusters, but there’s no way around the fact that anywhere close to 135# gets really heavy over 75 reps. Good job everyone.
