  1. BTWB is a great tool. It’s great if you like to keep extremely detailed stats on your WODs. Great to see another block on our whiteboard filled in with PRs. Nice job.

    Not a bad WOD but was a hell of a workout goodjob to everyone.

    Not a bad WOD at all, those towel pull ups were KILLING my forearms and in combination with the ring dips it was pretty vicious =]
