  1. Both classes worked hard tonight. Burpees are no fun especially coupled with deadlift.

    I decided to work on back squat and implement some of the tips that Jeff shared with me. Actually, I read his notes and Christina stayed to coach me through the new method (new to me). I was able to PR on my back squat by 20-lbs. I can’t honestly say it was all the new method but I can say I felt a huge difference. My old PR of 275 came up easy. I am looking forward to the next time I do 1RM on back squat. Thanks Christina for your help. I couldn’t have done it without you. The reps were as follows:

    135 x 5
    185 x 3
    225 x 1
    275 x 1
    285 x 1 (PR)
    300 x 1 (F)
    295 x 1 (PR)

  2. Great job to both David and Jeff these last two days — both of them have shown great improvement in this left and I was happy to help them to new PRs!

    Everyone has been really doing great work in the classes and I find myself always looking forward to seeing what you guys do tomorrow! Great job!
