I almost wish I wasn’t resting tomorrow. It’s rare that two of my strengths are linked like this. I might have to try it Monday.
Chris and I are out of town this week, but still working out… Crossfit on vacation, that is what you get when 3 crossfit families take some time off. Our WOD yesterday was:
400m hill run with boulder

– 50 squats
– 15 handstand pushups
– 25 situps
