    was too aggressive at the start.. Each of these sets was tough. I think David did a whole 400m in the time it took me to do the 3rd rep on some of these sets, but I didn’t fail. Good WOD.

  4. I love the press. Absolutely love it…..unfortunately it doesn’t love me. Haha. I got 125 for 3 reps. Felt good.

  5. Shoulders are sore today… 115,125,125,135,155,165( failed on 3rd),175(f)

  6. 95, 95 (2 complete, 3rd fail), 85, 90, 90, 90, 95 (2 complete, 3rd fail)

    went a bit back & forth on this one, so I probably should’ve started a little bit lower. my shoulders seem fine, but my lower back is killing me again lol.
