  3. My numbers were:

    95 – 115 – 125 – 115 (went down cause shoulder felt strange) – 125 – 135 fail – 130

    Enjoyed the warm-up today. Felt good to be outside running in the sun. Feeling much more comfortable on my HSPU’s. I used to get ridiculous vertigo when doing these. Now the room doesnt start spinning and I can focus on pushing my fat head off the ground.

    Also, some impressive one rep max efforts by the other guys in the gym today. Enjoyed watching the ladies bring some very wicked stuff to the table on the 3 rep max. There are some savage women at Impulse.

  4. Before I started this I didn’t think I would be able to thruster 95 three times; I was wrong.

    65 – 75 – 85 – 90 – 95 – 100 – 105failed on the last rep. This was my first time doing thrusters for weight,

    I also enjoyed the warm up, This is the farthest I’ve run in my five fingers and it felt better that it has previously. No problems getting up on the wall for the HSPU It amazes me how much better they felt than last week. maybe next week I’ll actually be able to push up instead of only doing negatives. Camaraderie was great today.
