  1. 7 rnds + 3 Pullups and maybe 20m run.

Used a 45lb dumbbell and all else Rx’d. Fun workout. I really felt it on the ring HSPU’s and I had to change my pullup grip quite often to actually get up to the bar. I am sure a few of my reps where questionable as far as chin above bar or not toward the end of this one. Good job everyone today.

  2. Been in the field all weekend. Looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow. I decided that I wasn’t going to eat the MRE diet of 100% carbs and artificial ingredients this time. I ended up eating tuna, crackers, nuts, and zone bars all weekend. It made a huge difference in my short term health, fitness and even attitude. Just shows what healthy eating does for you.

  3. 8 rounds + 50 meter run.

Used a 45 pound dumbbell for the pullups. And I did regular handstand pushups. Possibly could have done the handstands on the rings with a little more practice. Next time for sure.

My apologies to Zan and Tristan for the few near head on collisions coming in the front door. Haha.

  4. 13 rounds + 2 pullups

Used 53 lb kettlebell hung by my right foot. Enjoyed this one. I was able to flip into the ring HSPU under stress much better than I anticipated. I think my hour and 17 minutes of “Garrett” paid off.

Hudson, I commend you for eating healthy in the field. That’s got to be an immense challenge.
