Was that not amazing. and everyone is 50 plus. That rocks.
13:13 Rx on todays WOD. Jakub was my pacekeeper on the cleans and MUs. I definetly would have rested more if he wasn’t fast on my heels the whole time.
And to clear things up I did NOT get 10 rounds on the 7 min AMRAP last week. That was a typo. I got 5. I kept wondering why everyone was talking about how awesome I did when I didn’t really think it was a great performance.
Found out today that I am taking way too long on my rest between reps. 4th round was a killer for me, and rest between reps was way too long. 5th round I stayed on the cleans even though it hurt. If I had done that the entire workout, I think I could have shaved another 1:30 off my time easy. But instead, I took the pansy route. Lesson learned.
Was able to link all 5 muscle ups in every round, so I was happy about that. Worst part of this WOD was the run. Never thought 220 meters would feel so long.

I felt terrible today. This might have been a fun WOD on any other day. That run was brutal!

Lonnie killed me, finishing his 5th round when I finished my 4th, and I was dead.
I think Christina yelled at me every other rep during my last two rounds, but that could just be because it all blurred together. Another great CFI workout.
24:41, 5rounds@ silver , 55lbs. This workout was fun untill i had to do the 220m run. Who would have thunk that would be the killer part. Thanks to Christina yelling at me to beat the clock I was able to finish strong and under 25 minutes! thanks!
btw…I saw Brittany killing the double unders during the warm up! I was jealous! you go girl!
