Congrats to Patrick for linking 118 consecutive double-unders yesterday. Absolutely astounding.
I want a piece of that record.
20:16 (1 pood) Thanks for the encouragement, Christina and Melissa.
PR’d on double-unders at 47 in the 5th round. Thanks for the advice yesterday, Jeff.

I think my body could have kept going, but I was super winded. My lungs weren’t matching up what I wanted to do. Great morning class though! Christina, your encouragement is perfect so thank you. Super excited to have more morning classes next week 🙂
See you guys tomorrow morning!
BTW, here’s a link to our WOD posting in March where we did this, so you can easily compare some times.

I’m sorry I missed the lunch crew today. I was held up by my boss. Apparently, the world is ending and I’ve been directed to help try and save it. It’s probably for the best. I can barely move without my abs causing lots of pain. Breathing is about the only thing I can do and that is still with some discomfort. I probably should’ve scaled the GHD situps on Thursday. Enjoy.
As always enjoyed the morning class
5 rounds:
90 singles
20 steps ups 18 inch box
10 3/4 pood KBS
Time: 15:55
Have a great weekend!
24:30 Rx’d
This was the first AM WOD I have done at CFI in a long time. My body doesn’t like getting moving that early. It was a good one though. Not sure if it was a PR or not. I’ll have to check my book tomorrow when I get home.
17:20 Silver (20 double unders, 20 20″ box jumps, and 10 1 pood kettlevballs)
I am starting to realize that I could maybe push myself a little harder. I think I could have done gold…but at least I know this for next time!!! I miss my morning class…but had an awesome time at 6:15 with Annette (sp??) and Daniel!!! Ya’ll are both amazing and kept me rockin!!!! Thanks for the encouragement David…and the ackward photography poses!!!
16:31 rx’d (PR by 3:25)
14:59 with a slight modification due to kettlebell shortage. I used a 2 pood KB and reduced the reps from 20 to 10.
22:21 rx’d
Was able to manage box jumps and KB swings unbroken all 5 rounds. My killer on this was double unders. Its funny. Some days I can come in and link 35 or 40….and then the next day I’m lucky to link 5. Practice makes perfect I guess. Either way I got a good workout in. I honestly do love kettlebell swings, wish more workouts called for them.
29:42…15DU,30- 20′ box jump, 20 kb swings/1pood

Sorry Yaneth….I totally got your name down now…at one point I though it was Yvette…the Annette….but i’m on it!!! You did amazing last night…and were rockin those stripped stocks out!!! Loved it.
