Today’s workout was B-A-N-A-N-A-S! Thanks for the encouragement everyone and a special thanks to Christina for accompanying me! Couldn’t have finished it without you!

Just got out of the field this morning. Ready to get back in the gym and meet all the new joins. Time and energy for WODs have been slim. I was able to do a few workouts with some makeshift equipment. Nutrition has also been horrible. Mostly MREs (Pre-packaged, infinite shelf life meals, for those that didn’t know). Hope everyone is doing well, I’ll see you guys on Monday.
Hudson, glad you’re back. I’m sure you’ll shake off the brief lapse in nutrition.
Erin Brown threw down an inspiring performance of 25:xx on today’s WOD. Her target wasn’t 12 inches above her reach, but it was still incredibly impressive. I’ve never seen someone that didn’t let burpees slow her down–until today. She just kept moving…the entire WOD.
