Gold, 7 rounds complete. Thanks Melissa for pushing me to lose the “training wheels” (band assisted) pull-ups for this WOD!! My hands are pretty ripped up now, but there’s nothing like the battle wounds from a good WOD!!

8 KB swings 2 pood (Subbed Russian style KB swings for American)
Did a mixture of all the levels, finished 8 rds + 6 KIPS + 6 dips on GHD + 4 inclined pushups off GHD in the 20 mins. Did 26lb KBS. I’m excited that I did my first workout doing entirely kipping pullups. Thanks Ginga for showing me how to tape up my hands!!
Did silver w/ a little bronze. Finished 7 rounds + 4 pullups. Did 26lb KBS, used green band assisted pullups, assisted dips, & pushups on 18inch box. Awesome 6:15 class!
15 rounds + 1 MU Rx’d
Moral victory to score 1 more rep than Kristan Clever, who also used a 2-pood kettlebell.
Had a lot of fun coaching the 6:15 and trying to stay ahead of Michael during the 5:00.
Forgot to add, all MUs started with a full turnout.
Went Rx’d and got 11 Rounds + 2 HSPU’s
Those 2 pood swings made all the other movements VERY interesting in later rounds. Took a lot of energy out of me.
Silver. 7 rounds + 6 pullups. Of course my pushups in those last two rounds looked/felt terrible. I couldnt really push myself off the floor – I have to improvise and throw in the old-school Worm dance to get off the floor.

Silverish completed 7 rounds plus 4 HSPUs. I used the 1 pood KB and 2 abmats for my HSPUs and I was very disappointed because I had to turn to the blue band for my pull ups. I don’t know where my pull ups went but they were not with me yesterday! Christina can you check under the bed where Jeff hides your double unders?
9 rounds Gold. But substituted incline PU for HSPU for the last 5 rounds. I need work on the HSPU and MU’s.
