15K Long slow run today. Averaged around 9:30/mile. Felt good. Still trying to decide on the Huntsville 1/2 marathon in November.
Fun WOD today. Great programing David. Also had fun at arts and crafts session, building the parallettes with PVC. Im putting my perfect creation on Ebay if anybody wants to bid on them. They are signed, and include a certificate of authenticity.

Thanks for the kind words on the programming. I had fun chasing Daniel on this one. The L-sits were more difficult than I expected. I enjoyed building and using the parallettes as well.
Had a great time building the bars. The WOD brought to the forefront some lower core weaknesses, I’m looking forward to working on them. My 3 year old was pretty ecstatic about the parallettes. He immediately used them for dips and then applied stickers all over.
