    Christina gave me a tip about not pausing at the bottom of my lift to take advantage of the elastic energy stored in my hamstrings. I’ll take that for next time. Once again I matched an old PR but didn’t surpass it.

    1. I have the same problem. I get to the bottom and then get stuck. Hudson caught me pausing and told me not to, but I kept doing it. Maybe next time it’ll click.

  2. At Crossfit Orange Beach (ha):
    Made up a WOD of run ~1 min, do 20 pushups from Romar Beach to Perdido Pass and back (~1.5 miles maybe?). I got some weird looks, and I heard some guy say “that’s some P90X shit” as I went by despite the fact that I wasn’t sitting in my living room watching a DVD. Lisa did 100 burpees in 8:28.
