  1. Craig, it’s midnight on Friday. The checkpoints don’t exist yet. 🙂

I’m planning on going in cycles from GHDs to pullup cage, which is about 35 ft or ~10 meters.

  2. Today was a lot of fun! Going into it, I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it at all, but I did (eventually) get up to 55 meters! I fell A LOT.

  3. Had a great time taking you guys through a very different WOD this morning. Craig, we ended up handstand walking in 5m intervals. I enjoyed introducing everyone to POSE and seeing you guys use numerous assistance exercises to scale this one. Congrats to Jason and Mike S. for HS walking like pros.

  4. 21-15-9

    HSPU’s and Burpee’s.

Did this in Fort Payne and the house I’m staying at this weekend. Didn’t time it, but it was rough.
