Deadlift 365 (PR +50)
I definitely wrote 775 on the bored but I have checked my notebook numbers 3 times and the math comes out 805. I guess I am unable to work a calculator. 🙂
First time actually “using” knees in a WOD today after about a month to a month in a half. Did 95lbs on back squat because I didn’t want to overburden my knees too soon. Shoulder press: 80lbs (5 lbs PR). Deadlift: 225lbs (20 lbs below PR). Gotta work on DL form. Crossfit Total: 400.

Strong work, Tesha. You did well by working back into things slowly and limiting your deadlift to what you can lift with proper form.
225 + 115 + 340 = 680
Disappointing result, cf. 685 on 24 July.
350(PR) + 160(PR) + 455(PR) = 965(PR)
Tried 375, should of went for 265. Otherwise I was happy with numbers. Had fun working out with Alex and Ginga.
Put my pathetic hamstrings to the test today with CrossFit Total. My numbers are not impressive, but they are improving. I was happy to PR in each lift today. Was pretty happy with my press of 150. That has been a goal of mine since last CrossFit Total.
