    Able to get 185 after failing once. 190 just wasn’t quite there, could get the bar as high as my forehead and no higher.

    Thanks for all the motivation from the 6:30 class. You guys keep me moving more than you probably realize. I hear every shout, and each one makes me get back at what I’m doing because I don’t want to let you down.

    Lack of shoulder flexibility still needs a lot of work. Had fun working out with two beasts in Jeremy and Andrew.

    1. @ Ryan- I think that you referring to Andrew as a “beast” will put a smile on his face for the remainder of the day.

      1. Well I can tell you I am not talking about my wife because I don’t think that would fly at home.
