  1. 20:14 Rx’d W/O vest. Thank you so much Leah for counting that last round of broad jumps and burpees. 24″ max box jump and that for me is freaking HUGE!! Thanks Christina! πŸ™‚

  2. 17:22 rx’d with vest
29 1/2″ box jump. First time doing max height for me. That is freakin scary! Thanks Christina for the shin guards πŸ˜‰

  3. 15:51 Rx’d
36″ box jump. VERY PUMPED because the most I have ever tried before tonight was 24″ and that was on Monday. Great day for me πŸ™‚

  4. 7:27 Rx’d (no vest)
    49.5″ max effort box jump

Kudos to everyone for some strong work on box jumps during the 5:15. Patrick and Jon were done before I could get my bearings.

Alex, thanks for the drag race during the 6:30. I needed a goal, and I’m glad you were there to provide it. Craig killed this one, as did Ryan (vested!).

  5. 13:02 RX no vest
I got 36″ on the box jump which is a PR by an inch and a half
Awesome job on the box jumps Lauren, you totally have that 38″ next time…and I hope your arm is okay (:
After the WOD I did a 5K with Christina in 31:15, this was my second time ever doing a 5K and I was proud that I didn’t walk at all, and the first time I ran a 5K my time was 37:31….BIG improvement! Thanks Christina for all of your helpful hints and for running with me (:

    1. Thanks Katie! My arm is ok – it’s like the bumper gave me a giant hickey-like scratch; it’s all below the skin. My shins are the worst. I kept feeling like my shins were going to split in half on that last round of broad jumps. When I got home I had two half-baseball sized knots on my legs. They’re down to golf ball size now. But I think I’m going to have to nix the dress for the game tomorrow. I don’t want to scare people!

  6. 12:28 Rx’d with Vest.

Was a killer of a WOD. That vest made the bear crawls nearly impossible towards the end. Great job to everyone that battled through the wod today!!
