  1. Kudos to Steven, Lori, Cherish, and Gus for getting up early to thrash themselves today. All of you performed admirably. Steven kept his pace particularly fast, making really fast transitions between push press and front squat.

This morning I did 4 rounds of
    400m run
    50 squats

    Time: 13:06

  2. 1. 0:25
    2. 1:50
    3. 3:18
    4. 4:48
    5. 6:23

#95 instead of 135. The push press was the only movement that made my ankle feel slightly wonky. Overall fun workout

  3. On of these days I’m going to do a better job of keeping up with my times!! Leah smoked me by about 45 seconds so either she’s faster than she thinks she is or I misread my time!
    3 rounds 65#, 2 rounds 55# 8 minutes and some odd seconds 🙂

    Great WOD David!!

  4. This evening I did Annie
    50-40-30-20-10
    double unders
    situps
    6:14 (PR by 1:18)

First time to get all DUs unbroken. Now to get the situps faster on the 30-20-10 sets.

  5. Front squat was causing pain in my knee, so I ended up subbing a dead life for the front squats. I did all five rounds with 55# and my time was 6:13.

  6. 9 minutes and 20-odd seconds, 55# but I was having trouble getting into the rack for the front squats, so I used a 25lb bumper sitting on my clavicle instead (thanks christina!)

  7. Did silver today which was 55lbs — time was 6:12. Shoulder was not feeling great, however, thought it was time to go overhead. Overall, good workout. I plan to try again next week with a little heavier weight and see how the shoulder holds up. Everyone did really well during the lunch and four o’clock class.
