4:00 class was awesome! Everyone made a lot of improvement on snatch during skill work and the WOD. Leanne and Andrew especially made big improvements in technique.
I did front squat instead of snatch
200/260 (PR by 10 lbs)
31# to 61#
I came so close to 66# on my last rep, then got it doing an extra rep after the workout.
I need to work on dropping lower under the bar, I just can’t seem to land in a squat when the weight gets heavy. Probably just too scared 🙂
