I enjoyed coaching the 6:30 class. Beck made some nice improvements on his push press technique. I over heard many people say they got their previous 1RM push presses three times tonight. I specifically remember Greg B., Justin, and Jeff. Kudos to everyone else who put more weight overhead than they had previously!

Couldn’t have done this with out the help of Tyler and David.

Had a lot of fun working out with Robyn on this one! You did awesome girl! I got 1RM PR at 115 and tried 120 twice but the shoulders were just too worn out by then.

I worked up to 200×3, 210×2, and then a failure at 225×1. Previous 1RM was 190.
5:15 class was a lot of fun. Dan was moving some impressive loads with excellent technique.
60#-65#-70#-75#-80#-80#-85# failed at 2 reps 3 times. Lori & Katie both had an awesome morning!!
