  1. Great workout this am! I PR’d by 15# and got 100# x3. I tried for a 1RM at 105, but failed.

    Funny how I got 165 for there reps, but didn’t get 175 even once. Oh well, next time. This was much harder on my wrist than I would have imagined.

    1. Enjoyed working with David on this one. The heavier it got, the easier he made it look.

    I enjoyed coaching the 6:30 class. Beck made some nice improvements on his push press technique. I over heard many people say they got their previous 1RM push presses three times tonight. I specifically remember Greg B., Justin, and Jeff. Kudos to everyone else who put more weight overhead than they had previously!

    After completion of WOD, did a trial for 255×1 for new PR, missed 265×1.

    Couldn’t have done this with out the help of Tyler and David.

    Tyler, good going on your 3 rep PR and 1 rep PR. Way to work hard bro!

    Had a lot of fun working out with Robyn on this one! You did awesome girl! I got 1RM PR at 115 and tried 120 twice but the shoulders were just too worn out by then.

  6. I worked up to 200×3, 210×2, and then a failure at 225×1. Previous 1RM was 190.

    5:15 class was a lot of fun. Dan was moving some impressive loads with excellent technique.
