  1. 9:48 Rx’d. It was hard to know how to attack this–I laid off a bit on the row, but that didn’t seem to help much on the thrusters.

Are we CFI’ers meeting up tomorrow before the run?

  2. Regarding the Turkey Trot race tomorrow: Looks like the start/finish line is at Spragins Hall. Let’s meet in front of one of the tennis courts there, furthest from Spragins (towards the soccer field) for a group photo before the race starts. Race starts at 8 AM, so we’ll take the photo at 7:50. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Tip: I expect parking at Spragins will be nuts, but I bet the University Fitness Center will be vacant. I’ll probably park there and jog the 0.2 miles to Spragins.

  3. 6:57 Rx.

Thanks Christina for working your magic on my pistols. I was able to get a pistol on my right leg for the first time ever.

  4. 9:55 Rx’d

This was 38 seconds slower than my PR of 9:17. I rested way too much on the thrusters. My legs are killing me from yesterdays WOD…thats what I’m using as an excuse. It makes me feel a little better about myself.

  5. You are welcome Hudson 🙂 Glad that mobility cert has already paid off!

Looking forward to meeting up with everyone tomorrow for the Turkey Trot!

Did “Jackie” today with a time of 11:09 — thanks Zan for the extreme push on pullups!

  6. Great 6:30 class tonight. Everyone pushed really hard. Congrats to Katie for pushing well outside her comfort zone–even if involuntarily. 🙂

  7. 11:08 Rx’d

I’m using the same excuse as Jordan…yesterday’s WOD absolutely killed my quads! Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Rest Day!!

  8. I did “Jackie” today with prescribed reps. but with 35# and finished in 11:48. Thank your Jeff for keeping the chalk bucket away from me and pushing me through some horrible pull ups. I definitely did push through being outside my comfort zone (: Next time I am going prescribed.

  9. 9:28 rx’d

The row absolutely killed me, and I rested to much. Wasnt sore or anything, I was just being a pudd’n.

  10. Kudos to Patrick for taking 1st on the leader board for the males during the 5:15!

    8:32 Rx’d

This is 4 seconds short of my previous Jackie.
