  1. Performed a modified Lynne around midnight tonight. Did 125% body weight for both bench press and pullups (pullups weighted with a 44 lb kettlebell) and 6 rounds instead of 5. At 180 lbs BW that’s 225 lbs for me. Was very happy with the WOD.

  2. Sore from this one… (10+10) + (10+9) + (10+9) + (8+10) + (10+10) = 96

    Scaled to gold which was 155 lbs on the bench.

    I am finally starting to chain pull ups. It definitely is nice to finally see some progress there.
