Performed a modified Lynne around midnight tonight. Did 125% body weight for both bench press and pullups (pullups weighted with a 44 lb kettlebell) and 6 rounds instead of 5. At 180 lbs BW that’s 225 lbs for me. Was very happy with the WOD.
Was the stakes for the poker tournament CF WODs instead of cash?
I mean “Were the stakes…” I did go to school, if only I would speak as such.
Sore from this one… (10+10) + (10+9) + (10+9) + (8+10) + (10+10) = 96
Scaled to gold which was 155 lbs on the bench.
I am finally starting to chain pull ups. It definitely is nice to finally see some progress there.
i did 185 4 times and then 15 pullups. wow i suck!
