3:42 with 85# and butterfly situps. Couldn’t remember my 1RM on deadlift, so I went light and fast (…and was a bit sore from thrusters yesterday…); did butterfly situps because none of the GHD machines were available when I was ready to use them. I think I’m just going to consider today an active rest day, and push myself really hard the rest of this week.
