    Push Press: 70, 75, 80, 85 missed, 75
    Push Jerk: 65, 65, 70, 75, 85×4 missed, 75

Thanks Jeff for your help this morning. Slowly but surely the stronger me will emerge. 🙂

  2. Shoulder Press: 105-115-125-145-135
    Push Press: 115-135-145-165-175×2(fail)
    Push Jerk: 135-145-165×4(fail)-165×4(fail)-155
Set a PR in all three movements.
This was a nice WOD to come back to after missing nearly two weeks. I got a 293 on my Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) this past Saturday. That’s almost 10 points higher than last year. Thanks CFI!
    2 minute pushups: 77 reps = 100%
    2 minute situps: 76 reps = 100%
    2 mile run: 14:05 = 93%
I’m 36 and was graded accordingly.

  3. Nothing gets me fired up at 5:30 AM like the smell of kerosene and some overhead pressing. Strong work from the morning class today. Cherish did particularly well on push jerk technique. For having little experience with it outside Fundamentals she really dialed it in quickly and was catching the bar deeply.

  4. Shoulder Press: 55-60-65-70-75(PR by 15lbs)
    Push Press: 75-75-75-80-85
Push Jerk: 55-55-60-65-70 First time doing Push Jerk
Great job on Fran tonight Brittany!!

  5. SP: 155-160-165-170-175(PR)
    PP: 175-185-195-205(x2)-200(complete fail)
    PJ: 185-195-200-200-200(x3)

Was happy with my PR on shoulder press. Every 5 pounds is hard fought there. Was also happy I was able to hold 200 for most of my push jerk sets. I wanted to drop back to 185 for sets 4 and 5, but I kept the load on the bar and I think I’ll be better for it.

I enjoyed coaching Greg B. through Fran tonight. I don’t think he enjoyed it at all. Way to work hard, Greg. You too, Brittany. Incredible performance on Fran!

  6. SP: 115-135-145-155-160(F)
    PP: 135-145-150-155-160(F)
    PJ: 115-135-145-150(F) -x

For some reason I have been stuck at 155 on shoulders for a while, ugh.

  7. Great time yesterday working out during the 5:15 class. I pr’d in press with 155. Was pretty happy about that.

The 6:15 class worked hard and it seems like everyone was hitting pr’s like crazy. Great job to everybody!
