    Press: 155-165(failed 2x)
    Deadlift: 285-315-365

    Total: 745

    I def could do 30-50lbs more on the back squat and deadlift….ah well..next time!

  2. BS: 155# (PR), SP: 75#, DL: 245# (PR match). Crossfit total: 475 (PR by 75). I’m really glad that I was able to match my DL PR today. Last time, I missed it by 20#. I’m really satisfied with my results today 🙂

    SP: 85
    DL: 125
    CF Total: 500 (PR)

    I was really happy with my total today. Even though I didn’t match my PR for DL, and I seem to be forever stuck at 85# SP, the 25# PR on my BS made up for it!
