Underestimated the uphill for the 400 back in, that thing has a bit of a bite. Not a PR by any stretch but overall goal was met not to deviate by +/-5 seconds on any of the intervals.

Screw the WOD! I got my first kipp today (actually linked 2 of them)! After all of that excitement, my WOD times were crappy: 4:31-5:10-5:10. Getting back into running is getting easier though. No more back pain. 🙂

Congrats, Sarah W, on your first pullup! Awesome achievement. In order Sarah news, Sarah M. got inverted and started working towards handstand pushups today during skill work. Kudos to her for pushing her limits. Justin led the 5:15 class in the running WOD. His first split was 2:49. Absolutely smokin’!
