15 max effort pulls on the Concept 2 Rower
Back squat, max reps in 30 seconds (male: 215 lbs, female: 130 lbs)
Rest 4 minutes
Move from the rower to back squats as quickly as possible. Use a partner to help unstrap your feet from the rower, if available. Put 100% effort into the pulls on the rower for maximum training effect. Time begins for your 30 seconds of back squats when you begin your descent on the first rep. You may not take weight off the bar once you begin the WOD.
Post load and number of back squats each round to comments.

94 reps at 80#.
87 reps Rx’d
This is the calories and BS reps I got each round:
9/9, 10/7, 10/8, 10/6, 11,7
Cals/Squats: 12/7, 9/5, 10/6, 9/7, 10/7. Used 80# on squats.
14/10, 14/10, 16/8, 15/9, 16/7 = 119 Rx’d
Thanks Jonathan and Jordan for pointers on getting maximum calories on the rower which helped me increase after two rounds.
Also, did Annie before class, 8:24, which is 5 minutes better than when I did it for the affiliate.
Score 101 – Silver.
