Overhead Walking Lunges

For time:
Row 1K or run 1200m
50 1-arm dumbbell snatches @ 40/25 lbs
Row 750m or run 800m
35 1-arm dumbbell snatches @ 40/25 lbs
Row 500m or run 400m
20 1-arm dumbbell snatches @ 40/25 lbs

These are one-arm squat snatches, alternating arms.

Trainer will help you scale the number of reps correctly for a lighter or heavier dumbbell. If a rower is available when you need it, take it. If all rowers are occupied then take off on the run.

  1. 23:39 with a 10lb plate. This was a very difficult workout. Thanks Jeff on the help with my ankles. Hopefully, I can make some real improvements with mobility work!

  2. Daniel helped me design a workout with tire drags and dumbbell ohs that didn’t hurt my clavicle. Thanks man. I finIshed in 18:28. Did 3 rounds of 240 ft forward drag, 240 ft backward drag, and 30 dumbbell ohs at 20 lbs.
