  1. Good time training the a.m. class. Pam, Michelle, and Melissa all showed awesome form on their squats.

    I did 3-3-3-3 BS at 245# and then a max set at 95#. Came out with 85 reps. Wanted to make it to 100 but thought my back would snap in half.

      1. Yeah. Started getting uncomfortable around rep 20, but never really got hard. Probably would have gone on for several minutes had my back not been in so much pain.

  2. Did 3-3-3-3-3 box squats 75-85-95-100-105 . Thanks Jordan and Christina for all your help. Soon enough I will be exploding off that box! (I hope anyway)

    Great job Amanda and thanks for working with me!
    I did “Diane” afterwards and got 13:14 Rx’d. This was way off from my previous PR on 2/12/10 of 7:26. I’m not sure what that is all about. I know I weigh more now but I feel stronger than I was a year ago. I’m trying to shake it off but I did let it get to me durring the WOD. HSPUs and my mental game still need some work.

  4. Had a couple of great evening classes tonight. Enjoyed teaching everyone to box squat. Mandy really mastered being explosive off the box.
