  1. Ah, the Throwdown advanced WOD #1. When done as fast as you can possibly move, this is one of the most horrible feeling WODs I’ve ever done.

  2. Not quite the exact WOD. I programmed this one last night, not even realizing it was similar to the Throwdown WOD. It just appeared good to me.
