On Saturday 12 March 2011, 20 CrossFit Impulse athletes completed Tough Mudder Georgia in an incredible test of athleticism and mental fortitude. GPS reports the final course at close to 14 miles and 18 obstacles. Incredibly, all 20 athletes completed the grueling course without injury, and we crossed the finish line together. Many athletes overcame fears and adversity they had never experienced. Only through working as a team were we able to persevere, completing obstacles and keeping our heads in the game until the finish. Through teamwork we achieved what couldn’t be done alone.
You can view all the photos from the event on the CFI Facebook page here. The page and its photos are public, so you can access them even if you don’t use Facebook. CrossFit Impulse was one of the largest teams at Tough Mudder, and quite certainly the best looking.

that includes the entire tough mudder beginning to end plus me walking to my car and driving for a little while. sorry about that, but while me and greg were hoisting a very large man over an obstacle my watch broke and i tucked it into my shorts and forgot about it. i also have the .tcx format if anyone wants to see that.
I have heard many stories and I am truly proud of each and everyone of you for completing this! Great job to all of you!
I would like to apologize to the owner of that leg (third picture, lower left corner)…you were the person I accidentally trampled.
LMAO! I never noticed that in the pic!
Nice work, you mudder-f*ckers! Seriously, though. I’m impressed. I think I read on someone’s facebook status that nearly 1/3 of racers didn’t finish, yet 100% of CFI racers finished. Truly nice work!
Again, Great job everyone!
Great job! Wish we could’ve been out there with you.
