Only the 11:30 AM, 4:00 PM, and 5:15 PM classes will be offered today, in order to abide by the curfew. CrossFit Impulse is still without power, but we’ve got the motivation to CrossFit, so if you need a return to normalcy then consider attending a class today. We trained 14 motivated athletes today despite the lack of electricity. Thanks to all those who came to train (or just hang out) and added a little bit of normalcy to our day.
I was really impressed with pushups from the 5:15 class. Every single athlete was knocking out perfect plank pushups. No worming or snaking to be found. You guys are holding yourself to a high standard, and it will pay off in spades.
Lisa and I did a modified Cindy in the driveway, subbing dips for pullups. P: 16 rounds + 5 dips.
