Only the 11:30 AM, 4:00 PM, and 5:15 PM classes will be offered today, in order to abide by the curfew. CrossFit Impulse is still without power, but we’ve got the motivation to CrossFit, so if you need a return to normalcy then consider attending a class today. If any CFI athletes or their families have been affected by the recent storms, then please contact us and we will organize whatever help you may need. If you have any questions or concerns contact us at 256-361-9348. We sincerely hope everyone is doing well.

We trained 14 motivated athletes today despite the lack of electricity. Thanks to all those who came to train (or just hang out) and added a little bit of normalcy to our day.
I was really impressed with pushups from the 5:15 class. Every single athlete was knocking out perfect plank pushups. No worming or snaking to be found. You guys are holding yourself to a high standard, and it will pay off in spades.
Lisa and I did a modified Cindy in the driveway, subbing dips for pullups. P: 16 rounds + 5 dips.
