We hope that everyone is still doing well. All classes will be offered at CFI tomorrow. This includes the 5:30 AM and the 6:30 PM classes. We look forward to getting back to our normal programing.

  4. It was great to be back in the box today. I wanted to get my heart rate up a little today so I ended up doing Cindy at about 80-90%. I finished with 13 Rds + 5 so it didn’t go too terribly.

    Thanks, Christina, for letting a couple of us be oddballs and go with a different WOD.

    Thanks Christina for helping me count the weight on the bar correctly!! I also won a head game tonight and fought through getting 115# up 5 times. Thanks Jeff and Christina for coaching me on that one. It was great leaving the box tonight with such a win!

  7. My knee has been giving me trouble so I am trying to rest it. I did 5 rounds for time of 5 dumbbell presses 20#, 20 sit ups unanchored, and 10 ring rows with false grip time was 7:59.
