  1. It was nice to have a huge crowd of people in for the morning class. Was able to get six rounds in at the 30 minute cut off time- Used 25lb DB. Thank you everyone for all the encouragement!!!

  2. Fun morning class today! After making it half way up the rope last time we did rope climb, Kristen climbed it 5 times during the WOD today, all the way to the top! Chris also really excelled at kettlebell snatches.

After class I did strength work, back squat, 1×7. Topped out at 330 lb (PR by 5).

  3. This was challenging and such a fun WOD. I definitely improved on rope climbs (going from only making it halfway up to 5 full climbs!) but I have to work on getting down! 22:07 and my arms were “jello” by the end! Everyone was so encouraging this morning and we had a great morning class 🙂

  4. It was a great morning class indeed!!
I did push-ups in place of rope climbs and appreciate Jeff for humoring me with my hands the way they are. My pushups are still not perfect but getting better overall. Gold reps 25# db snatches followed by 6 strict pushups, 7 rds 23:37

  5. Started this one and got about 1 round into it before I realized I wasn’t going to make it. The MU Snatch WOD from Sunday and the Pullup Burpee WOD from Tuesday destroyed my forearms and this WOD just wasn’t gonna happen today. Christina came up with a short leg burner for me instead.

    3 Rounds:
    10 Jumping Squats
    10 Hip Ext
    10 Jumping Squats
    10 GHD Situps

    4:11

  6. 12:34 w/ 45 lb dumbbell and 7 reps each arm instead of 10

Enjoyed the push from Tyler and Josh today.

  7. 10 rounds
    100m sprint
    90 sec rest

    16:16-18:09-16:96-17:97-17:97-18:08-17:60-20:18-17:92-18:28

There is a small delay in working the stop watch yourself. Thanks Alex for doing it with me.

  8. 14:something rx’d

    7 reps 45# each arm.

Tried to keep up with jeff, but no luck.

    1. I thought the 45 lb dumbbell and 7 reps was a pretty fair trade for 40 lb and 10 reps. The 45 and 40 felt about the same to me. What did you think?

  9. Did three rounds rx’d reps with 20lb dumbbells and had the something that happened to Hudson. I did three rounds in 10:27 and then waited 5 mins and did a leg WOD David had created 4 rounds or 25 hip extension 25 walking lunges 6:06. This week has just been one of those weeks. Hopefully, next week will be better!
