Well deserving photo today!
I truly enjoyed coaching the class this morning. It was a great time. Everyone showed determination on the the strict pullups and everyone kept themselves honest with no kipping!
It might a lot to me for those of you that stayed to motivate me on this one. Big thanks to Amanda, Bill, Tesha, and Alex I for spending an extra 30 minutes out of their Saturday morning to support me! You guys are great. You also got to see what inconsistent training can do. 🙂
