8 consecutive Tabata rounds each of
- Dead hang pullups
- Box jumps (24″/20″)
- Knees to elbows
- Kettlebell swings (2 pd/ 1.5 pd)
A Tabata round is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. There is no rest between exercises. Score for each exercise is the minimum number of reps achieved during any 20 second work interval. Total score is sum of each individual exercise score.
